Encounters
僕は「旅」が好きです。名勝旧跡だけでなく、思いがけない ”ENCOUNTER”があるから。
太陽や風雨や、草木や、鳥や虫達と。街や、人と。。
”ENCOUNTER”で、幸せな気分になるとき、寂しくなるとき、不安になるとき、様々です。
また、昔から流れてきた長い時間を感じる時も、未来に流れていく時間を感じる時もあります。
でもある時、気付きました。
日々の暮らしも。様々な”ENCOUNTER” に溢れていると。
こんな様々な”ENCOUNTER” を演出し続けているこの惑星地球は偉大だし面白いし、素敵です。
僕が拾える “ENCOUNTERS” はわずかしかないけどこれからも拾い続けて行きたいと思っています。
少しでも多くの方々と様々な機会で作品を通じてシェアできるよう頑張って行きたいと思っています。どんな世の中でも。
皆様にも素敵な”ENCOUNTER”がこれからも訪れますように。。

I love to travel. To see famous sites, of course. But even more I treasure unexpected Encounters, with sun, rain, trees
And flowers, birds and insects. Some happen when I am feeling happy, others when I am feeling lonely or anxious.
In some moments, however, I simply notice how daily life is full of Encounters.
How wonderful it is that on this giant planet we have so many chances for Encounters.
I can encounter the limited number of them, but I would like to keep making works of them.
Then, I would be more than happy if I can share them with as many people as possible even in crisis of the world.
