グリーンランドに生まれて
Museumを管理しているマリックさん。僕が昔の絵
を食い入るように見ていたら、金庫の中のカーボン
で描かれた絵をたくさん出してきてくれた。想像上
の生きものに表情があって楽しかった。
彼はとっても人懐っこくてつい雑談してしまった。お
父さんからもらった色々な外国のコインが彼の宝物
なんだよね。 翌日、日本の穴のあいた硬貨も入れて
6種類プレゼントしにいった。日本は遠い国だけど、
ちょっと近くなってくれたと思った。

Born in Green Land
Marik manages the museum. When he see me staring
at old pictures as if I want to devour them, he brings
many more, drawn with carbon, from the storeroom.
It is so much fun to look at them; the expressions are
unimaginably lively. And he is so easy-going, we start to
chat. His most treasured collection is the foreign coins
he was given by his father. The next day I give him six
types of coins to fill gaps in his Japanese coins. Japan is
a distant country, but this gift may bring it a bit closer
